Byeoldongdae (Orbit Crew) Privacy Policy
October 21, 2026 (app version 1.0)
Operator and privacy contact: Treenova (individual developer)

This policy applies to the Android game "Byeoldongdae (Orbit Crew)". You can also read it in the game under Settings → "Privacy Policy".
1. Game data stored on your device
You can play without creating an account. Your commander level, Star Dust, Galaxy Gems, energy, crew, skins, gear, missions, pass progress and sound/display settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are not sent to the operator's servers, and the game uses no analytics SDK. Only when you choose an online match is the information in section 10 sent to the game server.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes this record, and the operator cannot restore it. The app excludes game data from Android Auto Backup.
2. In-app purchases and restoring
You can buy Galaxy Gems (consumable) and the Starter Bundle, Remove Ads and Galaxy Pass (permanent) through Google Play Billing. There are no randomized (loot box) items, and you can enjoy the game without paying.
Google Play handles your payment method and Google account. The app does not ask for or read card numbers, bank account numbers or payment passwords, and it does not read your Google account email address.
To deliver and restore purchases, the app queries product, price and ownership information from Google Play and uses the purchase token to tell Google Play the purchase is complete (consumed or acknowledged). To avoid delivering the same purchase twice, recent purchase tokens are kept in the app's storage on your device. Receipts are verified with Google's digital signature, and unverified purchases are not delivered. The operator runs no separate purchase verification server.
Permanent items are checked again when you open the app with the same Google account, and you can also restore them under Settings → "Restore Purchases". Galaxy Gems and on-device game data cannot be restored.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and the consumer laws of your country.
3. Ads
The game shows only Google AdMob rewarded ads. They appear only when you choose "Watch an ad" yourself, and you get the reward when the ad finishes. There are no interstitial ads that open on their own. With "Remove Ads" you get these rewards right away without ads.
The app does not request personalized ads (non-personalized ads only). When the app opens, it checks your regional ad consent status with Google UMP and starts the ads SDK only when ad requests are allowed. Where consent is required, you can change your choice at any time under Settings → "Ad Privacy Choices".
4. Information processed by Google's ad services
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, interactions such as app launches and ad views, diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID, to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud. The non-personalized setting does not stop all of this processing.
According to Google, this information is encrypted in transit. Google may process it on servers outside your country, and Google's policies apply to its use and retention. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
5. Device permissions
The app uses only internet access (ads, purchases and online matches), network state, and vibration (short buzzes for attacks and rewards; you can turn it off in Settings). It does not request storage, location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
6. Children
The game is not primarily directed at children under 13. The operator does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Deleting your data
You can delete the game data on your device by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. The operator stores no account or game record on any server (online match data is erased when the match ends), so there is no server data to delete.
Please manage ad and payment information processed by Google with your Google account tools. Uninstalling the app does not cancel or refund Google Play purchases.
8. Email inquiries
If you contact us, your email address, name and message are used only to check, answer and follow up on your inquiry. They are never used for advertising or marketing, or sold. Support email is received and stored with Google Gmail. To have it deleted, write to the same address.
9. Changes
If we add a feature that changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and announce it in the game and on the public page before you use that feature.
10. Online matches
When you choose "Online Battle" in Launch Prep, the app connects to the game server (Cloudflare, Inc. Workers and Durable Objects, in Cloudflare data centers including the United States).
What is sent: a randomly generated name tag (two words and a number — you never type a name), your chosen crew, weapon variant and skin, mode and team size, your Starlight count (to find similar opponents), and in-match controls (move direction, attacks, skills, card picks, pings).
How it is used: only to find players and run the match. Players in the same match see your name tag, crew and movement. There is no chat; only preset pings are shown to your team.
Retention: the server erases match data from memory when the match ends and does not store it. No account, advertising ID, device ID or Google account information is sent.
Cloudflare processes the IP address needed for the connection, and security/operational logs may be kept briefly under Cloudflare's policies.
If you leave or disconnect during a match, an AI takes over your spot. AI players filling empty spots are labeled "AI" on their name tags.
